Nope, that's not the case for some people!. In fact, if you work on muscle strength training (light weight training), you're body burns an extra 100-300 calories/per day!. You stay slim even if you eat unhealthy once in a while!.

I went from size 5 to size 3/1 in 1 1/2 months!. It's been 5 months since I've stayed this small!. Working on muscles is making me even more slim, which is why I think that once you meet the size you want to be at, do less exercise, because I'm actually losing more weight than I want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is true, if you lose weight quickly it usually comes back quickly!. That is because most fad diets cause a reduction in water weight which comes back the second you have a full meal!. Also, if you decrease your calories too much, your body will think it is starving and your metabolism will actually go down!. Therefore, even if you eat healthy, you will gain weight after losing it fast because your metabolism has decreased significantly!.
The best way to lose weight is to monitor your caloric intake!. There are many on-line calorie calculators that can help you find a healthy caloric intake!. If you eat healthy and lose approximately one pound a week, you will not gain it back unless you take in too many calories!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That is not true at all!. I had a drastic weight loss from 250 to 190!. And I stayed that way! Even when I was eating unhealthy, I would still walk daily and just stay the same!. Now I'm down to 175!. From actually doing it right!.

But no, generally you DONT gain it all back!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you starve yourself and start eating like you used to you will put more weight on, been there done that! but if you eat healthily and exercise tis fineWww@Answer-Health@Com

Just to let you know that's not a question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
