Healthy diet??!


Question: Healthy diet!?!?
Ok, so im 15 (5ft 4inches) and i weigh 6 stone !.!.!. I DONT have any kind of eating disorder !.!.!.but!.!.!.i am quite an unhealthy eater i only ever eat take away foods and junk food!.!.
I have exams in June and find that im tired and sluggish all the time i cant concentrate properly and i think its down to my unhealthy diet!.!.!.
im not a fussy eater but basically i dislike anything thats good for me i only like cabbage and mash potatoe (veg) and strawberries(fruit) and i love orange juice if that counts!?!
but basically that the only fruit and veg i like!
I really wanna change my diet but i stil wanto enjoy food!?!?
any suggestions!?!?

For staters, you can still eat take away food and even some junk food and loose weight!.!.!. you just have to pick out the right types of food, but ill get onto that later!.
It is supa that you love cabbage!. An ENTIRE MASSIVE (the biggest you can buy) cabbage contains only 300 calories!.!. thats about the same as about 2 slices of bread!. So you should base your new diet around this vegetable!. Go nuts, eat as much as you want!
As for take away food, get your favourite meals, just make them vegeterian, seafood or fish and cut back on the rice, bead and pasta!. Asian takeaway is best!. Order stir fried vegies, mongolian veggies, satay veggies, ANY VEGGIES!.!. skip the rice!
As for junk food!. Low fat microwave popcorn and jelly (especially sugar free) are virtually like eating air!
Even better, stop buying the junk food (GET IT OUT OF YOUR HOUSE) and start replacing these foods with more satisfying snacks! Cottage cheese and sweetener mixed with a tiny bit of frozen yoghurt - throw it in an icecream cone and see how much better it tastes than real icecream! Buy some celery sticks and start dipping!!
BEST ADVICE I CAN GIVE - go on to the website calorieking!.com and see how fattening fast food and junk food really is!. Get to understand what a calorie is and how many are found in each food!.
For example a TEASPOON of oil is the equivalent of eating more than 6 cups of shreaded lettuce!.
It makes you think a little more before you put food in your mouth

U should have a diet which gives u balanced nutrition :
Have
egg white and brown bread
oatmeals and cereals
all fruits
raw veggies like cucumber, tomato etc!.
healthy salads
green tea and coconut water for detoxification!.
Eat good, feel good!.
Do regular exercise!.
20 mintues of daily exercise keeps u fresh and away from depression!.
study a lot , be spiritual!.
