Help me loose weight?!


Question: Help me loose weight!?
I'm 15, 6 foot and 196 pounds, I've been on a diet for a month anf a half now, and lost about 6-7 pounds fat I hope!.
I ahve a 800-1000 calorie cutback, and I'm at school, soo I'm walkning around and home and to school and quite active during the day!.
When i get home every otehr day I do 20 mins on a cross trainer and then 10mins medium weight dumbells(10-12 reps) I also been taking Tonalin CLA for 7 weeks now, and I will take it for another 3 months!.
I want to loose weight faster, and get toned up, I'm young and should be running around, having fun and eating lots to grow, instead I'm sitting her counting my calories!.
Should I use heavy weight instead, or medium, because I've got too much fat at the moment to tone up really!.
I've got the strength of an average male what is 40!. So I can't get any more muscle!. I eat 4 small meals and 1 big meal, i drink alot fo water, but on weekend I'm out with mates so I can't stick to my diet, I want to loose my fat by late july!.

jog - running is such a good way to loose weight - try running quick for 1 min then slow jog for 1 min then repeat the pattern until you are too tired to continue!. I gurantee you will burn alot of fat doing this if you stick to it!.
Or try a similar pattern on oyur cross trainer - all out for 1 min, then slow for 1 min then repeat!.
