How do you do cardio when you're stiff and sore from wt training the day before?!


Question:

How do you do cardio when you're stiff and sore from wt training the day before?

OMG! I've had 2 days (not back to back) with my Personal trainer and I'm SORE and STIFF. She wants me to do 30 mins cardio the day after but its HARD! How do I manage this when I'm stiff as a board and sore as all get out?
P.S. I did do cardio today but slowly...very slow and didn't burn all the calories she wants me to (at least 300).

you will lossen up after a few mins or so its also is good to use the muscles that are sore because if you dont they will just tighten up there is something called good and bad pain listen to your body only you know what it can handle or cant handle
