I would like to keep my heart healthy and stay in good shape!. Would 30 minutes of power walking, and 30 minutes running, 5 days a week be enough exercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

That's a pretty good amount!. The recommended amount of aerobic exercise is 20-30 minutes, at least 3-4 times a day!.
Do be careful not to -overdo- the exercise (it is possible)!. And when walking and especially when running, make sure you are wearing supportive shoes that absorb shock!. Running can be very hard on your joints!.
Make sure you warm up before you walk or run, and cool down afterward!. This helps your heart and your muscles just as much as the actual exercising does!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes that would be great, it's a lot more than the average person does!. but as you're heart adapts and gets stronger you will need to pick up the pace and walk/ run for longer periods or do it more intensly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
