Question: Help me exorsize!?
ok guys i weigh 210 pounds and im like 5'6 that is not cool i don't understand, i gained 10 pounds when i was trying to lose weight, from push ups and crunches i just dont know how to diet at all!. i plan on roller blading but i fear after reading alot of stuff it wont really help, im 50 + pounds over weight for my height and age ( 17) but i don't look that fat i just want tips,tricks and info about exorcising correctlyWww@Answer-Health@Com

dont start doing pushups and crunches until you get rid off some of the fat
start with cardio
it's the only way to lose fat
once you are in great shape start the pushups and crunches to build up muscles

go walking for about 10 minutes in the morning!. its not alto but it will up your metabolism throughout the entire day!. try eating More fruits and vegetables!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
