Just turn up!. They will have a short form for her to complete, and at the end of the meeting she will have a few minutes extra with the group leader just so that the leader can explain how the plan works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You normally just turn up, and then register!. Weight Watchers never worked for me, I had more success with Rosemary Conley Classes!. Instead of just sitting round talking for an hour you do exercise/salsacise!. It really is great fun and the diet is very easy to follow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yep you just turn up, they will do all your measurements for you and help you go through which of the two food plans is best for your specififc requirements, they are also very welcoming so there is no need to worryWww@Answer-Health@Com
