Question:
Im starting to do sit ups..?
im a girl, 15, 5'4 n a half, and weigh 112, i have a little bit of flab on my stomache, like barly noticible but i sort of want a little bit of my abs to be noticable so im starting to do 30 situps a day, if i keep doing 30 sit ups every day and add 10 everyweek like i start out with 30 then next week do 40 and so on, how long untill i will start seeing some results? thanks !

so is it good if i do like 30 crunches, planks for a minute or so, and reverse crunches?

also drink tons of water and change diet a bit ?

the sit up routine you have seems good to me...you might want to try crunches though... BUT you may also want to cut down on sweets, and do some sort of cardio exercise..maybe try running on a treadmill, or running around the block, etc. that way you'll be burning calories and you'll be able to see the abs...and it should take about 3 wks to FEEL the results, and about 4-6 weeks to NOTICE some results, and make sure you keep up with it.
REMEMBER: if you're just doing sit ups and no fat-buring exercises, then you'll have nice abs but they'll be hiding under a bunch of flab..get it?
