Question: Mom does not think im fat, i sure do!?
okay im 16, an athlete i'm 5' 8" i weigh roughly 152 pounds

i want to diet to build a slimmer figure, especial for bikini season but my mom the anti-eating disorder woman thinks im just fine >!.> I AM NOT FINE i wear size 7 jeans i want to get into 4s or at least 6s

bottom line, how do i get out of family meals, becuase my mom forces me to eat all the time, practically shuving unhealthy food down my throat, like white bread, processed pasta even the horrid Kraft mac'n'cheese

got any excuses to get out of meals!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Maybe you should explain to your mother that you want to eat healthier!. :) I'm sure the whole family could benefit from that!.

Skipping meals won't do much besides make your body starve and store more of the calories you're taking in, thus making you not lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

convince your mom to cook healtier meals!.
tell her about this whole grain pasta you tried out at your friends house that tastes amazing! ahha!.
eating isn't bad!. it's about what you eat!.
tell her that if she doesn't want you to have an eating disorder like bulimia or anerexia, then you should eat healthier foods so at least you can feel better about youself and it's great for your whole family so that they aren't more suseptable to diabetes or other related diseases!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I usually go over to a friends house or go somewhere after school, eat a tiny bit (so you don't go hungry later), and when I get home!.!.!.I say I'm not hungry because I went out with my friends and ate and stuff!.!.!.

Well, for me, I usually do end up eating a regular meal and I do end up full!.!.!.!.but you can try this out XP

Go to the store when the shopping is done and get yourself some healthy foods!. Then you can eat your healthy food while the rest of the family eats processed and unhealthy foods!. Maybe you can set an example of how they should be eating!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Friends house, after-school stuff, tell her you want to eat healthy food like Chicken ( non fried) !?Www@Answer-Health@Com
