Answers:
cod liver oil capsules/liquid tastes foul, but does have a limited beneficial effect in helping joint mobility!. I always used to use Glucosamine Sulphate and that did it for me!.You need a high strength one, about 750mg,and its available without prescription from any good high street drugstore/chemists!.
Keep up the training, and good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

See a physio and find out exactly what you've done to your shoulder and how to rehabilitate it before you make it worse!.

In the meantime, you're going to have to stop training or you will make it worse, possibly beyond non-surgical repair!.

Shoulder problems are a killer and often develop gradually after years of training with bad form or neglect of certain muscles like the rotator cuff!. The shoulder is a very weak joint and easy to damage as it's mainly held together by small muscles and tendons, this allows it a great range of motion, but prone to damage if not looked after!.

Good luck, hope it's not too serious, took me 6 months to get over my shoulder injury!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow, your shoulder, man i remember injuring my shoulder, lemme guess military press!? anyways theres not much you can do other than use light weight and do frontal and lateral raises, i tore my rotary cuff, and my shoulder would pop out of place when ever i would do a bad movement, but i started doing raises and now i built muscles around the injured area to keep the bone into place and now i have no problems knock on wood because it affected all my lifts!.!.!.!.but taking calcium wouldnt hurt, sorry i cant give any info on products that help aid your recoveryWww@Answer-Health@Com

Try Holland and Barrat (assuming your in the UK) they will reccomend you some products that will help joint mobility!.

I dont think you can repair joints without surgery though - I know, my dad has significant joint damage from arthritis!. Joints dont heal themselves just like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard!. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural)!. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too!. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills!. Check their website at
http://health-fit!.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4!.95 shipping and handling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be honest the best medicine in my eyes is to go on doing the weight trainings!.

But make sure you are doing each exercise correctly!. Maybe there is something in your form that has changed causing the problem!.

Also be sure that you warm up your body before starting the exercises!.

Wishing you all the best :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
