Hello just wanted you to know that this information I am giving is with lots of personal research. I was 275 pounds and I have tried everything. Yes I have tried hydroxycut it didnt do a thing, and it made me sick. I was mad what a waste of money! the only thing I found out that worked was a product called tonalin CLA. the link is below. Tonalin has lactaide acides in it..as we get older our body stops producing those acids which help us digest our food not only does chewing start the process of digesting by helping us break down foods those acids do to and as we get older our body stops producing them. this is gross but i stoped being able to digest certain foods and it scared me because it passed right through, corn, tomatoes, and other foods i was scared, i started taking tonalin with the lactaid acids in it and now i have no trouble and 115 pounds later woooohooooo! Just know along with the Tonalin its all natural drivited from sunflowers. it also has other health benefits as well. but you still need to eat heatly well balanced diet and excerise as well.
