How can I loose weight during schooltime?!


Question: How can I loose weight during schooltime!?
I'm trying to loose weight this summer (i'm 15 and chubby), so i have been trying to eat more healthily and exercise more!. I would all be going well if I didn't have the problem of trying to eat properly during schooltime!. I can eat whatever I like for breakfast, but I have lunch at school, and if I choose to eat a healthy lunch (ham and salad), I am immediately subject to 'Why are you eating bird food!?' 'Are you going to be an anorexic then!?' from my friends!.
And I get compared to my friend who is a little odd and skips lunch but eats loads of cookies!. I also get the stick from my friends if I refuse chocolate bars which are handed around at breaktime!. My friends will keep nagging and taking the mickey, and when they make these remarks I cannot think of good replies and are subject to embarassment, or worse they will ignore me if they think I am 'not eating'!. I cannot stand up to them, especially one friend who is very dominating!. How can I eat what I like and stand up to them!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat your healthy food, limit your choco to about 1/2 times a week (low enough, but hopefully enough to stop them nagging you)!. Also I recommend at lunch times, you should exercise before you eat!. To make sure the body burns the body fat rather than the food you just consume!. Try and ignore your friends, if you hate the nagging, tell them it's annoying and you don't like it and if they are real friends they would have your best interests at heart and stop nagging you!Www@Answer-Health@Com
