How many miles should i walk a day??!


Question: How many miles should i walk a day!?!?
I recently had a baby and while i was pregnant i gained 80 pounds!. i've lost 30 pounds and would like to lose 60 more!.!.!. I eat about 1000 calories a day so how many miles do i need to walk a day in order to burn enough calories!? I also have an exercise bike!.!.!. Any advice would be appreciated!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No, you need to eat more than 1000 calories a day!. Your body will think it's starving and shut our metabolism off, making it even harder to lose weight!. Am for AT LEAST 1200, maybe more!. Talk to our doctor for a calorie recommendation!. To lose weight, you should walk maybe 3-5 miles a day at a moderate pace!. If this is too much, work up to it!. Start at one mile a day, and gradually increase!. Throw in some exercise bike, and the weight should start coming off pretty quickly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i had the same exact problem except i gained 60 pounds!. joggged 2 miles a day and ate healthy and i lost 60 pounds plus 10 more pounds!. now i look hot and thin as if i didnt have any kids!. trust me!. i am a mother of 2 babies very close to my heart!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
