Have i eaten too much for today?!


Question: Have i eaten too much for today!?
i know this sounds obssessive but im not sure if ive eaten too much for now

what i had

1 large bowl of kellogs's oatbakes (it was 2 medium bowls filled 2/3)

a muller light yogurt (100 Kcal per tub)
a plum and an apple

2 cups of coffee with one teaspoon of sugar and a little milk

today i already walked the dog for 50 minutes and am planning another 100 minutes which is usual for me everyday

but today i also spent 80 minutes or so cutting the grass in the garden (the garden is quite large)

im male, 19 , 63 Kg , 5 feet 10, not on diet or anything

if someone could tell me how many calories ive had and maybe how many i need that would be great, every website gives me different answersWww@Answer-Health@Com

Why on earth do you care if you are only 63 Kg!? Most women your height weigh more than that!. IT does seem obsessive, and maybe rather than asking others, you should use your own judgement and simply work on following your body's natural hunger signals!. And really, you would be better doing 30 mins of jogging or running than 100 mins of walking!.

Average bowl of cereal for most cerials, with semi skimmed milk is 170 calories!.!.!. larger bowls would be about 250 with semi skimmed milk, 200 without!.

Plum is around 30-40 calories!. Apple is 50-80, depending on the size!. Teaspoon of sugar is 16 calories, little milk is 25!.

You need at least 2500 calories for an adult male!. You have only had around 400 at most so far!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pay attention to your body!. If you've been outside sweating you probably need water more than anything right now!. If you're hungry after you've hydrated yourself, then eat! Websites can't tell you what you need; they are just general calucations that generally apply to some people, not you specifically!. Listen to your body; eat when you're hungry, eat slowly, and stop when you're full!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

With all the exercise youre doing youre actually not eating enough!. Plus youre a bit on the "light" side for your height!.

You cannot get by well, without lunch, if all you had for breakfast, is what you mentioned!. Bear in mind that your young active body needs food!.!.!.good food!.!.!.!.you might look thin and sexy now, but beauty is something we pay for later on!. you are young, and not getting the vitamins, protien, carbs, minerals, etc!. will not seem to harm you!.!.!.!.!.but it does!. when you get older, you will then find your eyes losing the ability to see at night, which may become even worse, including partail blindness!.!.!.!.your skin will sag!.!.!.!.etc!. etc!.!.!.!.most of the way we age, and how we feel, when we get older, has alot to do with the diet at your age!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
