Can too much sugar give kids the shakes?
I have a 4-year old boy who woke up shivering (on a hot night) like chills, but he had no fever. He said he had a headache. This went on for 20 minutes. He woke up fine the next day. This has happened 3 times - what could be causing it? We don't allow him to have soda or caffeine, but we do give him candy occasionally.

I would make an appointment with the pediatrician just to be on the safe side.
