Water question>>?!


Question: Water question>>!?
I heard that It was necessary to drink 8-12 glasses of water each day!. The thing is, all I drink is water,but I am never thirsty enough to drink even 8 glasses!. Any advice!?

Also, i wanted to loose weight quick!. Could I do so by doing DDR an hour a day + Jillian Michaels 20 pounds a month plan exercise show (probably wont loose 20 pounds in a month though)!? I'm not considered overweight but I do have thighs that could be smaller!. Will this work!? I just would like to loose only 20 pounds or firm up a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I hate water, but in order to make sure I drink enough, I have two tricks!.!.!.First, I keep a water bottle with me all the time and take a couple of drinks every once in a while!.!.!.before you know it, you'll be refilling the bottle!. The other is to add flavor, like lemon or those Crystal Light or Propel singles packets!. I'm not familiar with the Jillian Michaels plan, but something that gives you an aerobic workout will help!. For me, Pilates really helped with my butt, abs and thighs without making me look bulky!. Remember, you have to use 3500 more calories than you take in to lose one lb!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

8 glasses of water is a lot and yeah many people would tell you it is good to do!. Don't force the water down, but if you can drink that much than go for it!.

Loosing weith depends on your body weight and height but doing DDR for an hour can definitly help you at loosing it!. You can burn a lot of calories as well as getting you metabolism up for the next time you eat!. When your metabolism is high you can break down the food quicker and less fat would be stored!. Also if you can thrown in some cardio like walking or jogging it can do wonders too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

in order to loose weight fast, take your wieghtt, divide it by 2, thats how many oz!. of water to drink daily!. this helps by boosting your matabolism!. also, you said ur not thirsty enough, most people arent, but just carry a bottle of water with you, and sip on it all day, like if you r bored, driving, in class, etc!. this will keep you from feeling hungry, because hunger is a sign of dehydration!. and you think about it if your stomach has water in it, you wont be hungry!.!.!. Statistics say that half of your weight is the amount of water you require in ounces!. If you weigh 120, you need 60 ounces!.
If you arent thirsty eat fruits and veggies that have some amounts of water in them too!.
i think this will work, eat healthy too!. 3 Smaller meals and 3 small snacks!.

Yes - theres no reason why it wouldnt work!. Your exercising and only drinking water!. But, make sure you eat right as well as proper nutrition is vital in losing fat and building lean muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
