How do I flatten abs/stomach without enlarging the muscle?!

How do I flatten abs/stomach without enlarging the muscle?

Whenever I do some good crunches and start to tone and flatten my abs, after a few days it just gets bigger instead of flatter. Any tips?


Answers:

i had that same problem! Go for jogs or walks because that tones u aswel because it uses every muscle in your body. Also, bellydancing and dancing in general is great for stomach muscles! makes em flat. Not to mention great hips and butt too lol
