Question: Body (Picture included) HELP!!?
IDK who this is, it was a pic on photobucket!.!.!.but this is my ideal goal!.

I like her stomach, and i already have the hip bones like that i just have excess side and stomach fat!.
What type of diet should i go on!?
I am going to do 20 minutes of pilates, an hour of cardio, and w!.e else you guys recommend!. I go to school so i kind of have limited time to work out and can't go to the gym!.
How many calories should i have to be losing weight at a pretty quick pace!? I currently have about 1,300-1,600
i am 5'9 and around 135 pounds!.
I just need to tone my stomach and thighs!.!.!.hence the pilates!.!.i want my body totally toned up, not muscley, but still having my naturaly thin bony structure!.
Tips!?

it sounds like your on your way to your body!.
all i have to point out is make sure you stay on task with those exercises and you'll be one step closer to that body!.

you'll have to resist your temptation from food- but don't starve yourself, fruits, vegetables, and lots of water is needed!

oh and heres a random idea, print that picture of that person and post in on your fridge or pantry, it'll probably stop you from goin towards the nasty little junk foods you'll be tempted to grab!.

(i know its crazy- but it could work!)
