What are some healthy ways to suppress/ decrease your appetite?


Answers:

First and most important is to learn to tell the difference between hunger and appetite. You hae to know when you are actually hungry for food, and when you are just "hungry" (or wanting) some yummy food for the taste (or even wanting something that is non-food!)
I know that when I have something with a lot of vinegar (Salad with vinegar on it... especially if it includes a vinegar soaked vegetable like some sliced pepperoncini or something), it will make me not hungry but of course the hunger comes back after a little while.
Make sure you are hydrated (Sometimes "hunger" is just thirst and you are confusing it)
