I have been struggling with this my whole life!. They are slimmer now than they have ever been but I am still not satisfied!. Help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Karen!.!.!.!.sumo squats work very well on the inner thigh, as well as the glutes!. Best down with a heavier dumbell!. Take a wide stance and squat halfway down!. Grab the dumbell and hold it between your legs!. Then proceed with full squats, trying to touch your butt as close as possible to the floor!.
