Fasting is NOT the answer!

In order to properly lose weight, you must adjust your body to a healthy lifestyle! This will allow the body to lose unwanted fat and take it off for good!!

With Fasting, you will see fast results of pounds shedding, BUT thats just stored water weight!. However, afterwards your body will have to eat off itself because it's not receiving the proper amounts of nutrients daily, which then causes you to gain weight instead of lose it!.

The most ideal and healthiest way to lose weight is to NOT make food the enemy!.
One must eat 6 meals a day, broken down as 3 regular-sized (dinner being the smallest portion) and 3 snacks!. Eating 6 meals a day tricks your body into being full, especially if you eat fiber and protein!. Fiber gives you the feeling of fullness and protein helps muscle growth allowing for either buildup or toning (whichever you go to the gym for)!.

There are certain things you can eat and certain things you must eat in moderation, but DO NOT TAKE AWAY your cravings, otherwise that leads to a "secret affair with the box of chocolates and bowl of ice cream indulgence haha!.!.!. If your hungry every other hour, try a whey or soy protein shake, especially during that long gap between lunch and dinner (the afternoon snack!)

Please don't do that,"That's very dangerous!" Not only does it make you gain weight but it will also cause your body to go crazy!! As I briefly described above, fasting deprives your body of nutrients and decreases your energy, leaving you feeling weak and lightheaded!. If the right nutrients are not available for your cells to use as energy, your liver will convert fat stores to ketones for use as energy (ketosis)!. Long-term ketosis can be harmful to your health, damaging liver, kidney, and the WHOLE digestive system! =[

I've suffered with weight problems my whole life,weather through genetics or just the plane fact that i like to eat!. I'm a firefighter and I've studied health and nutrition for many years, and fasting is not the answer!. Yes your body will burn the fat storage and carbohydrates to fuel itself, but from a health point of view, it would be much wiser if you at healthy and excercise regularly!. dieting is hard, you eat small portions and still are hungry!. But eat reasonable portions of healthy food like salads!. Eat chicken breast and tuna, have snacks in between, and i can't stress enough that excercise is a vital part of dieting, whether it's just walking for twenty minutes!. Fasting will make you lose fat, but you will also lose protwins and nutrients that your body needs to run!. Don't do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fasting is not going to help you lose weight really!. Eating small amounts of healthy food 5 times a day and a bit of exercise will be far more effective!. Also drink plenty of water!.

If you fast you might seem to lose weight all of a sudden but thats because you have nothing in your stomach at all, so as soon as you eat again the weight will magically appear again!Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will just lose a lot of water weight and once you start eating again, it will all come back!. Im very skinny and I eat anywhere from 6-7 small meals a day!. I never fasted and never will bc I like foodWww@Answer-Health@Com
