Trying to increase, broaden, the size of my arms.?!


Question: Trying to increase, broaden, the size of my arms!.!?
I was told muscle that would best help with this is the tricep!. Is this true!? Also are there any work out tips you might share with me!.

Answers:
Working both triceps & biceps is important in gaining Bulk in your arms!.

Dips are excellent for working triceps as are other isolation exercises but work both groups not just one or the other!.

The Ideal range for muscle bulking is 12 - 15 reps 3 sets maxing out on the last set!.
You can do a 4th set if you want to make it harder and then drop back to 3 sets & put the weight up !.

6-8 = strength ( not so much bulking)
12-15 bulking up

Try weightlifting, if u want to make it bigger , pic kup more wieght and do les reps eg 8 reps and about 4 setsWww@Answer-Health@Com
