I want to loose weight. I am not FAT...I am just a little more thick than I want!

Question:

I want to loose weight. I am not FAT...I am just a little more thick than I want to be. 139,,, I want 130.?

Okay I'm not one of those people who say, "I am SO fat." All the time. I'm just saying that for me, I want to weigh a little less than 139. NO OFFENCE TO THOSE WHO DO!!! YOU ARE NOT FAT! I'm just saying I want to be thinner. I'm not going to go all anorexic and stuff, because i love eating. :) I have been eating good food, (portions the size of my palm) and i have been exercising. But....It's not WORKING! I'm still on the same old 139. Any Tips or any other diets i should go on??? And, PLEASE don't say I am just putting this out for ATTENTION! I just want to be a simple 130. Okay??? Thanks Much!

Answers:

Most studies have shown its not healthy to lose more than 2-3lbs a week. This is approx. 8-12lbs a month.

I would set up a new diet. Eating 5 or 6 smaller meals a day is better than eating 3 large meals a day. Also, add salads and water into your diet so you will feel full, but won't be eating extra snacks. If you do crave snacks, try eating light, healthy foods, such as carrots or celery.

There are also some workout videos out there that you may want to try. I'm not sure if they work, but they offer aerobic and cardio excercises that you can do in your own home. Perhaps going on jogs, walks, or bike rides around the neighborhood could be intertwined.

Keep your head up. If you keep at it, that extra weight will be gone in a flash.
