ok im 13 years old and i really need to lose some pounds in like 2 weeks, im not fat but im over weight (Chuby) and i have a feild trip coming and i have to be in a bathing suit and i hate that becuase i dont like my baby fat showing!.!.!. any tips on losing like 5 lbs or something!? that would tottaly help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First things first: CUT OUT SODAS! even diet sodas make you gain weight, don't let them fool you! Drink water, crystal light or sweet tea!. Stopping sodas for a month will make you lose 10lbs!. Second: Whatever you plan to eat (like what you normally eat) cut it in half! Say you eat a sandwich & a small bag of chips for lunch, eat only half the sandwich & half the chips!.(but you should really totally cut out chips and other junk all together)!. Watch your carbs!. Say you eat 1500 calories in a day, you want LESS than half of them coming from carbs!. Try to eat low fat or fat free when you can!. MEASURE your SERVINGS! Like if you just pour a bowl of cereal in the morning, start measuring!. A typical serving of cereal is only 1 cup (some times 3/4cup) and a normal bowl that people pour w/out measuring is 2 - 21/2cups!. Measure all your servings!. Hope I helped! =)Www@Answer-Health@Com
well I do have an option but it will require patience and you have to stick to it!. Buy the cosmo girls book for girls on toning!. Do the 2 week ab flatenning routine at the very least!. DO it everyday!. you may not lose weight but you will lose fat, you'll stomach will be flatter!. Oh and go for a walk at least and hour a day!. lol kay well you can always fast!.!.!.!.(i know that sounds horrible!.!.!.but it actually helps clean out your system)!.!.!.the only fasting i've done is not eating for three days!.!.!.and when i got off it i had to be careful not to eat too much!.!.!.!.!.look up fasts!.!.!.!.make sure the one your choose is realistic, and DONT starve yourself!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
