Is this salad even good for me?!


Question: Is this salad even good for me!?
Ok heres the story!. I started exercising and eating right for 4 months now!. At the begining i started eating this very tasty salad and thought nothing of it!. But now im starting to question is the salad im eating even good for me!. It consits of (all the salad leaves), tomatoes, carrots, green peppers, and bannana peppers and its is topped with some zesty italian dressing!. I don't think any of those things are bad for me but the itallian dressing has a staggering amount of sodium in it (salt)!. So i was wondering!.!.!. Is this salad even good for me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are right!. It is pretty good!. There are not any things bad from that salad including the Italian dressing as long you don't put it too much!. If possible use the low calorie one, the Italian dressing also contained a little sugar!.!. Also try to find something to replace carrot as it is high glycemic carbohydrate!. Choose slice of baby cucumber or zucchini!. It is tasty, low calorie and very healthful!.

Sodium can play a big role in deflating weight loss efforts but if you are exercising, you are probably sweating it all out anyway!. The salad sounds fine!. The salads to watch out for are the ones with bacon bits, croutons, several cheeses, and meats that are typically high in fat (salami, pepperoni)!.

If you want to add protein!.!.!.add chicken, not cheese!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

So change the dressing and get a low-sodium kind!. Don't over-analyze it!.
Or skip the dressing and squeeze some lime and sprinkle some fresh pepper over the salad!. Add a few chunks of cheese or hard-boiled eggs to add some protein!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
