Easy & effective work-outs at home?!

Easy & effective work-outs at home?
OK...I need to do something at home that's fairly easy. I walk almost every night, but not too fast as I'm pushing a stroller with my almost 2 year old son in it. I do NOT have ANY weights or any other type of work-out equipment. I do get to the gym on average 2x per week and do about 30 minutes of cardio when I'm there...it's just not enough. I get discouraged easily when I feel like I bust my butt and don't see results.
So...any tips on what I can do at home that's effective and relatively quick at giving results?

I need to lose about 60lbs more (It was 80, i managed to lose 20, now i'm stuck though)
When I dont have time to go to the gym, or when i have spare time, I rent a pilates video from the library (its free) and I do the workouts.
Its basically just stretching/strength, but you dont need anything but your body and the floor. (And a tv/dvd player)
Its fairly easy and can be done sometimes in about 10 minutes (if you pick a 10 minute workout video). Many say that doing pilates alone helps them get into great shape etc... In my opinion its a nice complement to other exercise routines. And you feel great after you do it.
