Question: Losing a bit of weight!.!.!.to look good this summer!!?
Hi, I'm about 103 pounds (more of less, depending on what I have eaten that day) and I'm a wee taller than 5'2!. I am 15 years old!. I want to get to about 90-95 pounds ish!.!.by this summer!.

Well, mainly, I just want to lose my amazingly huge muscled calves!. -!.- Cuz I play badminton and for some reason, my calves are bigger than all the other badminton players, it seems!. Cuz y'know how normal muscled calves are usually bigger at the top than it gets slimmer near the bottom!? Mine seems to only GRADUALLY get thinner, so my muscles look huge and whatever!. =\

It's like a bowling ball is attached to my leg!. Even though it does make me walk faster!.!.!.I don't care about that!.

Just need help with losing leg muscle and weight!.

U need not try to lose at all!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

girl for your aged that's the safest size for you, and that's a good size to stay at, and what are you trying to lost when you have no body fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

hii, i want to lose weight too! but u sound A LOT skinnier then me!. im 13 (turned in march) 5'1 and weigh 110!!!! i look so fat!. i dont think u want to get rid of muscle!.!.i think it would be usefull if u wanted to start off my running so u can burn off a lot of calories, but you need good calfs, and i doubt anyone thinks they are unattractive, so dont try to get rid of them!


ps!. if u do start running, get some good running shoes!.!.u can do a lot of damage to ur legs and feet if ur not running in the right shoes! trust me!Www@Answer-Health@Com
