Question: Lose wait SUPER SUPER fastt!!!!!!?
i am going a a class trip next week and i want to loose some weight before next tuesday(may 13)
i am 14, i am 5'8 and i weight 142
omg i need to lose weight FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i DONT CARE if it is unhealthy or healthy!.!.just please help!!!
and i wanna lose like 10 lbs!.!.!.notlike 2!. :/

Shock method:
No sodas, no sugar , no sweets, no bread, no potatoes, no milk, no starches, no fried foods, no beacon, limit butter and salt intake, no noodles, no bananas, soda

Intake only small portions of chicken (not fried or breaded)
Drink tea, sugar substitute
eggs, vegetable oil fried only if even that!. Limit grease
salads, limit amount of dressing!.
frozen or freezer veggies!.
If you eat out-and buy a sausage biscuit,, eat the meat but not the biscuit!. Same with a burger!.
If can afford subway, replace the sand which bread with a salad for 1 dollar extra!.
Read can and packages for fat content!.
Do not consume as much, eat smaller meals and a couple of healthy snacks a day!.
Walking, some say walking only helps the heart, but walking is better then sitting on your rump!.

Note: this method works once so when you get the weight off keep up that habit, because if you load up on weight by not sticking to the method it will not work as well as the first time!.
What you are doing is putting your body in a state of shock, lacking all the greasy foods, sugars, etc!.!.

Well thats stupid, if you make a habit of trying to lose that much wieght that fast and you do something that is unhealthy you could end up losing more than just weight in the long run!. think it through, what other people think about really can't be more important than your health!. There is no way for you to lose that much wieght and think that it will be permenant unless you decide to harm your body!. You need to change your lifestyle and habits if you want to lose weight and keep it off!. It might not seem like it but what other people think of you is not the most important thing in the world!. You are your worst critic and you will judge yourself more harshly than most other people!. You should take that into consideration before trying to starve yourself!. You only have one life and one chance to live it you don't want to risk it for something, as simple as a class trip!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There is no such thing as losing weight fast, your not going to lose that much in that amount of time, might lose 2-3lbs thats it!.

If you want to lose more weight, its better to do it the natural way of exercizing and eating right, and in small portions, or drink like 2 cups of water before you eat, so you won't eat as much!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. Nothing other than water in between!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

well with a healthy diet and a good exercise plan maybe 2 pounds!. but your only problem is that you should have thought about this trip 2-3 months ago then i might be able to give you a good work out plan or diet but one week your kind of blown away in the dust honey!. not much you can do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
