Is anyone trying to tone up their body for the summer ? Help please ???!


Question: Is anyone trying to tone up their body for the summer !? Help please !?!?!?
Hi!. I'm in pretty good shape!. I'm 5'3 and about 104 pounds!. My stomach is pretty much flat but no abs!. I want to reduce my waist line and the excess fat on my lower back!. Those are my only two problems !

What have you been doing to tone up your body !? If not, what do you recommend me doing !? I'm starting to run everyday now for 10 minutes 3 times a day!. I'll be starting sit ups soon!.

Any advice / help would be greatly appreciated!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Find a place with long stairs and climb stairs for 20 minutes every day!. Stretch first very well your legs!. When you are strong enough try it twice a day!

Go up crossing the legs, as you step up with the right leg cross it beyond the left foot and vice verse, this is extra work for your inner thighs!.

Find a long street that goes up hill for 10 blocks or so!. Start at the bottom and just walk up up up! This will be a cardio and an excellent way to shape your legs!.

Your legs, not only your thighs will look great after a few weeks!.

For your waist obliges are the answer, On your back with your feet flat on the floor and your palms behind your head, lift with the abs up your upper body and your elbow aims towards the opposite knee, back down slowly, do the other side and repeat!. Exhale as you lift up, inhale down!. Your arms remain in a straight line, so do not bed your elbows forward, keep them pushed back in a straight line!.

Make sure you eat super healthy so you are not ruining your workout!

DO NOT TOUCH SUGAR, molasses, honey, fructose, glucose etc!. don
