Question: All i eat is cheese beans tortillas and hot sauce!?
i used to just eat quesadillas; i would just put cheese on tortillas and microwave it!. Then i started to experience constipation frequently, and i realized it was time to change my diet!. I added some beans and hotsauce to the mix, and now all i eat is what i call "quesaritos," for every single meal!. I can now poop fine, because of the beans, but is this a healthy diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It isn't healthy!. But if you just can't get away from your quesartios then I suggest substituting at least one of those meals with a fruit or vegetable!. Prepare them ahead of time!. Get a little container and put some sliced apples, olives, celery with peanut butter, broccoli, oranges, or whatever else in it!. That way when you're hungry you can just grab a container and munch away!. Also keep low-fat yogurt on hand so you can just grab it and go!.

You should look into getting whole-wheat tortillas, and using low-fat cheese!. If you are using re-fried beans change it to black-beans and brown rice!.

It isn't healthy to only eat the same things, but if you do the stuff I recommended I'm sure it will help a lot! you might even lose a few pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no this is not healthy!. this is the furthest thing from a balance diet you should look at the food pyramid and look at all the things you are lacking by eating this!. such a vegetable and fruits!. also you should try mixing your choices up a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
