My brother used to weigh 100 lbs when he was ust 7 or 8, but he got really in to skateboarding and snowboarding and weighs less now and is much healthier!. Getting lots of veggies into your diet is important, as is finding the right kind of exercise for your body type (football if you have a broader chest, swimming if you have a slimmer frame etc) but as for your body type, big-boned is probably just the way you are!. The goal isn't to look at the numbers on the scale but at how you look and feel!. And tell that sister to shut up, it is not her problem!. Good luck honey =]Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're going to have to do a combination of things in order to achieve optimum results in toning your body!. You should eat many small portions of healthy food throughout the day!. You really don't need to cut out any snacks; just eat them in moderation!. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night!. Drink water frequently!. I recommend eliminating soda from your diet completely!. Most importantly, you must exercise!. You'll need to combine cardio and strength exercises!. Try running, biking, and swimming for cardio exercise!. Try various types of ab exercises as well; you can find examples online!. Make sure to constantly switch up your workout routine to really challenge your body!. Don't count calories or weigh yourself daily; these are unhealthy habits!. Be patient and ambitious, and you should see results fairly soon:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Seriously!. That's about all you should do at your age!. Anything else is too likely to cause real problems!. Try eating about half what you normally do at meals, and skip the snacks, especially things like chips, fries, candies, you know what the culprits are!.

And exercise!. Moderate stuff!. Ride a bike, take a walk, don't sit in front of the tv, computer or some games!. Join a team!.!.!.any sport that interests you!. OK, buddy first learn how to spell!. Yes you are overweight, I am not trying to be mean but you should eat a little less!. Instead of eating a Twinkie ask your mom/dad to go to the store and buy an apple cutter!. You will eat more apples if they are cut into even pieces rather than eating it regularily (I eat about 3 a day now)!. Ride your bike!.
