What should I take to build better muscle mass?!


Question: What should I take to build better muscle mass!?
I'm kind of an active person, and I am fit and I have muscles, but the thing is that whatever the time I spend on workout, my muscles just cannot get bigger!. Now I don't want to become some macho body builder man, I simply want my muscles to get a shape at least closer to a man model size!.

So what should I buy to accomplish this!? To build some muscle mass!? I know there were some protein powders, but they didn't show quite effective, what do you guys suggest I should consume!?

I'm talking about something that is legal of course, and more natural(without any bad side effects) if possible!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try with whey protein powder!. As good one, I can recommended you 100% Whey protein from Optimum Nutritions (I'm still using it)!. Try their double chocolate flavour, it's very tasty!. But drink this powder only as a supplement, not as a meal!. Don't forget to eat several small meals during the day rich with calories and carbohydrates!. Take whey protein!. It is available in premade shakes and in powder form!. It is the best for muscle!. Soy protein is not so good in that area!.

Also take CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid!. It is an essential fatty acid needed for lean muscle retention!.

Also make sure you are getting a good multi vitamine/mineral supplement too!.
