Question: Is 2500 calories a day too many!?
I eat between 2000-2500 calories a day!. Is this too many for a girl!? (I'm in my early 20's)!. I'm not fat but I don't want to gain weight, either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only if you are gaining weight!. That is a lot of calories but if you are maintaining your weight then you have a fast metabolism or quite a bit of muscle to maintain!. Might as well start lifting and throw some muscle on!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
if you recently started this trend and increased your calorie intake, then you are very likely to gain weight!. If this is something you have been doing as a kid, you probably wont gain weight for now since you are young, but eventually your metabolism will slow down!. It is good to start good eating habits when you are young, so I would recommend that you start eating a healthy diet with a lower calorie intake!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
It really depends on how active you are!. You should add details to this question telling us what activities you do!. Some hardcore athletes can eat about 4500 just to maintain their weight! I eat around 1500 calories a day because I just do a simple daily run!. So it really depends on how many calories you burn in a day!Www@Answer-Health@Com
