Question: How much weight can you lose if you don't eat for a week!?

Hope this isn't a "mean" answer:

You'll lose a few pounds probably, but it would be a pretty bad move!. You'll lose more muscle than fat, so that when you do start eating again you will store fat a lot easier since muscle is what burns off most of the energy you take in!.

Wanna target fat only!? Eat 6 small meals a day(start when you wake up, then every 2-3 hours), and make sure there is some protein in every one!. Drink lots of water between meals, and exercise!. This will add muscle (you won't get "big though, just toned), and burn fat!. Then your weight doesn't matter since your composition is so lean!. Watching your weight becomes a thing of the past!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

but seriously!. If anyone does that they will just become weak, hungry, and will gain all the weight back and some more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may not lose any!. Your body sometimes holds on to fat when you try to starve yourself!. It isn't healthy and can mess up your body and it's systems!.!.!.including your reproduction system!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
