Yes!. I ate only produce and drank water for one week and lost 6lbs!. guess what!? i gained 3 back the following week once i started adding the junk back into my diet!. drinking only water or doing the lemonade cleanse is only a good idea if you are doing it to lose weigh for a special event and aren't intending to keep it off for good!. why don't you just try burning more calories than you consume!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, but only to a certain point and you will gain it right back!. By not eating, your fat cells will temporarily drain their water so you can lose a few pounds for a week or so!. However, as soon as you start eating again, your fat cells will fill up again!. To truly lose weight you need to burn fat cells, which means eating right and working out!. Also a water diet will make you gain weight because as soon as you are done with it you will be so hungry that you will gain all the weight back plus a pound or two, then you will probably go another week on the diet and after that week eat another couple pounds in extra weight!. So don't drink only water, in the long run, you won't really lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For that week yeah!. But you'll just get it all back!. So if you're looking for quick fix, yeah (though I don't recommend it, it's bad for your metabolism w/o the proper supervision), but permanent, no!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

water doesnt have nutrients!.!.!.yes you will lose weight, but you need energy and water wont give you that, so please dont do it!. Try to eat less than you would normally eat and do a bit of excercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
