Answers:
No!. Calculate your BMR (basal metabolic rate, i think), an that is how many calories you burn in one day, because of sedentary activities and your body needs calories each day by itself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well for the most part Emily is right!.
You cannot eat the exact amount you burn!.!.it is impossible! But remember your body needs a certain amount of calories a day just to sustain life AND extra calories for whatever you BURN (so this could be just walking showering or exercising)!.
So in a nutshell you probably need 1200 a day for doing NOTHING and 600 for your extra activity!.!.!.get me!? Lol you cant think of life or your diet as a math equation!.!.!.if you do you'll drive yourself insaneWww@Answer-Health@Com

That extra 300 becomes fat!.
Yes it will add up, unless you burn it off!. If you take in more calories than you burn, u gain fat!. If you burn more calories tahn you take in, you lose fat!. If you eat the same amount as you take in, then you don't lose, and you don't gain!. simple as that!.

your body is smart!. it saves fat in case you need it for later!. That 300 calories would be a little bit less than a 1/10 of a pound so less than 1!.5 ounces!. I over ate sunday night, but I still lost weight when I weighed in on monday!.
