Ive heard that you should drink LOADS of water whilst dieting?

i know how good water is for you, but why should you drink so much more when on a diet?


Answers:

When you diet you lose fat. Toxins are stored in our fat cells from foods we eat and even the air we breath. Flushing it out will keep those excess toxins from making you sick. And water will also fill you up and curve your appetite. Good health to you! Also drinking icecold water can actually help you burn calories because your body has to heat it to body temperature to utilize it, and it takes calories to do that.
