Which of the following is better, or does it really not make a difference........jogging 2 miles with a low time or walking the same distance using more time?? Is one or the other better or more effective?
Answers:
Both burn the same number of calories, however, the latter heightens your heart rate, giving a slight 'after burn' effect.
also jogging is great for light impact work, strengthening the legs, builing lean tissue which in turn will burn fat..
So, jogging (at any pace) is better.
