2!.) I can bench around 180!. When I stop benching( football season and might hurt myself) will i see a drastic decrease from my benches!? Im going to be playin football but will I be weaker or a little weak afterwards!? How do I prevent this!? Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

2) It shouldn't be a drastic decrease!. Muscle is the last thing your body uses!. Say you work out for a year, and then you take a year off!.!.!. you will still have strength left from when you worked out!.!. as long as you're not a lazy blob!.
If you lift for a year, say you're up to 200 benching
You take a year off, you're gonna go down to say 150
But, it will not take you another year to get back up to 200!.!. it will take 2-3 months!.
My suggestion is to TRY lifting 15-30 minutes two times a week, and just hit everything up so you stay steadyWww@Answer-Health@Com
