What is better for dieting??
eating a big breakfast, medium luch, and small dinner, or eating 5 small meals everyday, or eating every two hours??? please help!

I think you should basically do whatever you're body needs. I dont think that any meal should be 'big' ..but that all meals should be 'just enough' for your body. You dont need to eat until your full, just until your not hungry.
try doing all 3...see which one satusfies your body ( eating 5 small meals a day, or eating every 2 hours, or having 3 meals (breakfast lunch and dinner)..)
In any case..you shouldnt eat a HUGE meal at dinner time because you usually go to bed shortly after dinner and there wont really be enough time to burn off calories.
