Is this a healthy routine for lunch meals?!


Question: Is this a healthy routine for lunch meals!?
I dont usually have time to eat breakfast so sometimes i have whole wheat bread w/butter

and then for lunch i usually have-
mondays- make your own tacos,strawberry yogurt w/granoala and fresh strawberries, 2 bottles of water, and baked chips

tuesdays-homemade pizza (1 slice) strawberry yogurt thing again,2 bottles of water, and a little cookie

wednesdays- Little pasta bowl with sauce,strawberry yogurt thing,2 bottles of water, and ruffles chips (which are hardly ever there)

Thursdays- a tiny PB&J sandwich,strawberry yogurt thing,2 bottles of water

Fridays- Same as thursday but with a cookie

Im 13 and i am very athletic

my school has those same lunches every day but they just have more varieties of snacks and stuff

so is that like a pretty good size meal for me since i am growing!? Like it sounds like alot of food in one day but like its not!.!.!.!.I just want to make sure im over eating at lunch!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
