What's the simplest way to weigh less?!


Question: What's the simplest way to weigh less!?
I have been struggling with my weight ever since I was in Elementary school, and I am sick of being overweight and flabby!

What are some of the simplest things I can do that won't interfere with my life that will turn around my habits and thin me up noticeably say within, one or two months!? (Not going from obese to rail-thin, just so I will notice I'm thinner!.)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was diagnosed as a type2 diabetic and was told to watch the carb intake and portion control!.!.!.it wasn't hard to get in the habit of eating the same as I was!.!.!.just less of it and I lost 30 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks and still going! Sounds weird but its easier than you think!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Me too!. Exercise A LOT> Try not 2 eat fatening foods!. And no foods right b4 bed because they dont digest they just sit there and make fat!. I have this problem!. Check out the answers 2 my questionhttp://answers!.yahoo!.com/question/index;!.!.!.
This is hard!. (2 lose weight)!. But we have 2 do it!. Try no McDonald's! And meat is fating!. Eat:
Water & Milk & Apple/Orange juice
Cereal or eggs
Sandwich or bagel
Crakers or pretzels (if u NEED aa snack)
And not aa big dinner!.
Eat things with 8 grams of fat or less!. That is good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
