What kind of exercises can I do?!


Question: What kind of exercises can I do!?
I gave birth Feb 2nd this year!. I don't have much baby fat left over but would still like to get toned for the summer time!. The thing is, is that I am breast feeding so I can't go running and exercise that way I would like!. What kind of exercises are okay for a nursing mother to do, just to tone up a lil for the summer time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all eat a healthy ranger of foods (ie) fruits, vegs, fibre!. running is always the solution but walking 20-30 mins a day helps as does swimming(probably the best and most fun exercise to do) as long as you get something to pump your heart faster so you start burning fat!. Swimming works all your muscle so help tone them as well and do a regular amount of sits up each day and squats that will help tone your legs and buttocks!. (REMEMBER TO WARM UP BEFORE AND EXERCISE AND WARM DOWN AFTERWARDS, STRETCHING OFF IN A HOT SHOWER AFTER EXERCISE HELPS!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u can do low impact exercises, like going for long slow walks instead of runs!. u can also go 2 a gym and do light weight lifting!. yoga classes will also help with toning up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
