Do you eat lots of cereal?

is eating 3 cups of Fiber Plus Honey Clsuters with 1 cup of 2% reduced fat milk bad to eat even if your trying to gain 17lbs.
Im a 13 year old female 5ft 5in who needs help on how to gain weight in a healthy way

You can start by adding whole milk to your cereal. I,m glad to see your eating healthy cereal. Go for the ones with high calories and lots of good for you vitamins. Add a banana, some toast and jelly. Get a well rounded breakfast, you don,t have to fill yourself with fatty foods to gain weight. You can have good healthy milkshakes as well. Slowly raise your calories don,t do it all at once let your body adjust to your intake. Good health too you!
