Think this is too much today?!


Question: Think this is too much today!?
Ok, I am a 16yr old male, almost 5 foot 4 and weigh 112lbs!.

So here is what I have done today, and I'm wondering if this is good enough to maintain my weight:

Breakfast:
Small bowl of Oats made with semi-skimmed milk

Lunch:
About 3/4 of a ham sandwich made with 2 slices of white bread and "light" spread

Dinner:
Tagliatelle style pasta made with ham
(it had some creamy sauce too, which I didn't like the look of)
1 small slice of garlic bread!.

I have also played a 30 minute game of football
Walked about 4 or 5 miles (around town, and just general walking around school)
Ran around to a friends house!.!. in total probably ran about 1 or 2 miles!.

Really what I want to know, on estimate do you think I'd have lost, gained or maintained weight based on what I've told you!.

I know its not accurate as hell, but hey :P
Really I'd like to know because I'm happy with my weight and body and want to know will this maintain me!?
I don't really want to go up or down!.

It seems to be too little to survive!.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!.

Take light exercises and brisk walks for 30 min!.regularly preferably on empty stomach and twice a day!.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time and hassle free!.

Be patient and not in a hurry!.

U cannot choose spots for reduction!.

This schedule can be adopted on permanent basis to lead a healthy life and maintain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

To be honest, I don't think those exercises would have cut down a lot of weight!. What you should do is don't eat to little but not too much, just so you don't pass out or anything while doing exercises!.
Try doing push-ups and sit ups and jog at least twice a week!. It should help you define your shape better, or keep it from changing for the worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Idk about that one dude!.!.!. I would eat what I want and whenever u get a chance!.!.!. do some real exercises!.!.!. not just a lit bit of running!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just stay active!. eat to live don't live to eat!. and stay away from ham!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
