Question: Weight and calories!?
jus theretical speaking!.if i eat 500 cals an burn 500 cals wat would happen!?im not doing this i have a friend that does,not sure wether its bad!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your body uses at least 2000 calories a day living!. So exercising (burning off) another 500 calories a day means you are using a total of 2500 calories in that day!.
Theoretically you should eat at least 2000 calories in a day, 1000 at the least if you want to loose weight and still be healthy!. 500 a day is, unfortunately, way too little!. Your friend will begin to get headaches, stomach cramps and eventually start fainting (within the next week)!. Scientifically she would loose 1kg (2lbs) every 3 days like this if she was able to keep up this program!.
If she wants to loose weight fast without getting sick, I suggest she ups her food intake to 1000 calories and burns 800 a day!. This will lead to the very fast weight loss of 1kg (2lbs) every 4 days!. PS this is still very fast and not recomended!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it is not possible!. If you lay down in bed for day and night, 24 hours, doing nothing and not moving, your body will burn 1000 calories - by pumping the blood through your heart and the whole body without interruption, breathing, and all the other bodily functions!. That is why, all the diets, even the most drastic, must start with 1000 calories plus!.
As for your friend, do not worry, she - I think it's she - won't be able to endure such a regime anyway!. The problem is, she will definitely overeat herself at the end of the day or the next morning!.
