Hey people, ive just started my diet, im eating all the good foods now, eating 3 times a day and have cut out ALL rubbish food, ive bought myself a cross trainer and i do 2 hours everyday on it, will this amount of exercise shed the pounds!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds a bit extravagant, to be honest!. Two hours daily will be very hard to keep up long term!. You'd be better off doing half an hour, five times a week, and gradually building up either the intensity or duration over a six month period!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes but be careful not to overdo it - 2 hours a day would also be tough to maintain over time!. Pay attention to your body!. If you are sore, take a day off or shed some time off the 2 hours!. There is nothing worse then a pulled muscle putting you out of commission so you can't exercise at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Far too long!. You may not keep it up and are risking injury and burnout!. An hour a day is plenty and have one day off a week!. Your muscles need time to regenerate!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
