I need help toning...?!


Question: I need help toning!.!.!.!?
I know enough about exercise to be able to tone specific places such as the abs, the arms, legs, etc!. What bothers me, though, is that I have what seem to be two small "pockets" of fat right in the skin covering the bottom part of my ribcage on either side (the area of the floating and false ribs)!. It's a puzzle to me how to get rid of that and tone whatever flat muscle (possibly transverse abdominis!?) is encased there!. Can anyone help!?
P!.S!. Tips on toning inner thighs would also be most helpful!. Thanks in advance :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

okay, first get an excercise ball!. if you don't want to, you can use an ottoman!. Then put you legs on the stool/ball and lay on our side!.then just push up your side of your stomach to the ceiling!. do not push up with your arms!!! then switch to the other side and do the same thing!. do this for 10 mins a day and you will notice resultsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Well not sure on the ab part, but pilates works wonders for every body part!. If you haven't tried that, maybe it will work!. As far as the inner thighs, I tried a great one I found on You Tube the other night, and I was sore the next day, so I am confident that it worked!. Lay on your side!. Take one leg and place it over the other onto the floor!. Then lift the straight leg on the bottom up and down ( toward the ceiling and down again) Kinda hard to explain, so if I didn;t make sense, if you go onto you tube and enter " inner thigh exercises" you will see it!. There is a few of a girl with dark hair showing how to do that one, and a few others:) hope that helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The video's arent popping up on my computer for some reason right now!.!.!. so just in case they dont pop up for you, put something heavy inside a box (some weights if you have them) put the box on the floor (preferably not carpteted) then stand facing the box, take your Right Foot and put it so the inside of your foot touches the Right side of the box, push the box along the floor so it passes infront of you!.!.!. Keep pushing the box, then switch and use your left leg and push it to the other side of the room

well, funnily enough i got a magazine article a cupla days ago bout tonning inner thighs!.!.
you lie on your side with the leg nearest to the ceiling on the floor when the one nearest to the floor is in the air and goes up and down (im probably really confusing you!)
