Slim.fast.?!


Question: Slim!.fast!.!?
Has anyone ever tried slim fast!.
if so what happened!?
was it too hard!?

I heard slim fast is good!.
I understand its expensive but it doesnt matter as long as the weight comes off!.

does anyone know on average how much weight you loose ina week!.


any one got any success stories!.

please dont advise to do claorie counting and xercise!.!.!.!.im talkin about slim fast only!

I'm currently doing slim fast (on day 3) I had a sneaky peek this morning and I have lost 2lbs so far, in 3 days that aint bad!.

I'm a size 12-14 and hoping to get down to a 10-12!. I'm not doing too bad on slim fast a little bit hungry but nothing too bad!. I know that slim fast cant be done long term but I'm going on holiday in 5 weeks so will switch to weightwatchers after that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it depends on how much weight you want to loose and what your current size is!? If you are weigh more you are going to lose weight with slim fast!. Because you are suppose to supplement 2 meals with 2 drinks!. There is 230 calories in the walmart oringinal choc!. brand drinks!. So if you drink 2 of those instead of 2 meals you will be consuming fewer calories therefore losing weight!. I started with those at 199 pounds!. with light exercise and diet changes and lost 8!.5 in 14 days!. I am now losing about 2 pounds a week, but I only drink them when I don't feel hungry or am in a hurry in the morning!. I would imagine it all depends on your size and how much daily activity you have!. But you will be consuming fewer calories with but still getting all the nutirents!. If you plan on just doing the drinks, I will imagine that it will be very hard to follow because you will be hungry!. So best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

A shake for breakfast and a shake for lunch!? Bwahahahaha dont waste your time dear honestly if you truly want to lose weight exercise is the best way!.Depending on how much fat you have you could lose it all in 2 years with exercise!.You dont have to do it everyday twice a week is great as long as the 2 times you exercise you sweat buckets!.I was fat when i was 18 i started kickboxing i did it twice a week for 2 years and i lost all the weight got very flexible and i learned how to kick butt at the same time!.Ever since i did that i havent been fat again and this was liek 7 years ago and im still slim!.Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you understand what a healthy diet is, why in the heck are you asking about slim fast!? You must be overweight in which case you want to lose it FAST, and you think you can drink your way into a swim suit!. So much for that "healthy diet" crap, eh!? But you haven't learned yet that you can't drink Slim Fast the rest of your life!!!!!! So what happens when you quit!? On goes the fat again plus more!. You just want your cake and eat it too!!! Congrats!!

So, back to the healthy diet!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.if you're ever interested in losing your weight and keeping it off and not eating like a rabbit, email me!.!.

Otherwise, go buy some Slim Fast, Instant Breakfast, or any of the Generic stuff out there (compare labels) and drink it for 2 meals of your day, then eat a regular dinner, you'll starve yourself, but you'll lose weight!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.temporarily!.!.!.!.:)

SlimFast works on the basis of lowering your calories but it's not very satisfying which is what makes it so hard to stick to!. If you've not got a lot to lose then give it a try, make sure you keep your water intake up though (so that it's not just water loss) and ease back into a healthy diet afterwards or you'll just put the lbs straight back on!. Helps if you're exercising already too to prevent muscle loss instead of fat loss!.

It's not a healthy diet and it tastes horrible!. It's so much better to cut out the snacks and cut back on the fattening food you are eating plus do some exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
