Water-- gain/lose weight??!


Question:

Water-- gain/lose weight??

if you drink 8 glasses of water a day i know it will make you healthier all together, but will it make you lose weight or gain weight in the long run??
what about short term.. does all that water become weight at first? thankss

okay in the long run water is suppose to help because when you drink it it helps 1) when you're "hungry" it's sometimes just dehydration so drink water and you eat less meaning in the future you wont be HUGE 2) it is suppose to help keep your metabolism going or help your metabolism not slow down and that helps in the long run so that you also dont get hugeee. and short term you should pee it out shouldnt you? and if you exercise you sweat it out. (:
